Mrs. Anil Jyothi Reddycompleted her childhood education as an orphan inspite of having parents. Soon after 10th class, her parents performed her marriage. At the age 18, to feed her two daughters, she worked as daily wage laborer in agricultural fields. Facing many struggles and obstacles, she continued her pursuit for education and completed her education in distance mode. She started working as Adult Education Teacher (at her village). Later she became National Service Volunteer at Warangal District.

She then continued her journey and became Librarian at Jana Shikshana Nilayam and as Special Teacher. She then wrote DSC and selected as regular Government Teacher and then rose to the rank of Mandal Girl Child Development Officer (MGCDO). 

Having an American dream, she learned some computer courses and tried for American Visiting Visa and became IT Recruiter (USA). She also worked Software Programmer (USA). Even in America, she has undergone lot of struggles to survive. With her abundant commitment, perseverance and hardwork, she started her own company Key Software Solutions Inc. in 2001 and accomplished greater success. 

Keeping her passion for society alive, she established Jyothi Reddy Foundation (India) and has been conducting numerous skill development programs, sensitization activities and motivational programs for youth and women with special emphasis on Rural Areas.

Joopaka Subhadra is a Dalit activist, poet and writer who writes poems and short stories that bring out the lives and conditions of the Dalits and more specifically Dalit women. She is employed at the Andhra Pradesh Secretariat.

Subhadra was born in Warangal district (present Telangana). She belongs to Madiga community in Andhra Pradesh and is youngest of 12 siblings. While studying she lived in a social welfare hostel. Subhadra started working in the Secretariat of Andhra Pradesh in 1988.

Subhadra holds a Master of Arts in Telugu Literature. Through her work, she has been instrumental in establishing Mattipoolu (SC, ST, BC and Minority) Women Writers’ Forum. She has contributed a column to a well-known feminist journal, Bhoomika, and also in Andhra Jyoti, Ekalavya, and Udyoga Kranti. In 2015, she was awarded an Amruthala award from the Apuroopa Awards Foundation for her work as a columnist.

Rama Prabha is currently the Co-Founder, Executive Editor and Strategist at Talentcells and The Fast Mode, which she co-founded in 2011 and 2013 respectively. Rama holds a First Class Honours in BSc Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, UK and acquired her post-graduate education from the CFA Institute, United States. RAAGINEE Shalesh found the true meaning of life through educating and guiding special needs children. Determined to coach these special children to cope with life, she dedicates most of her time to developing them physically and mentally. With years of experience working in special needs children’s homes and special education courses, she came out with the Individual Education Plan (IEP) for special needs children with different handicaps.
